Terms of Service

These terms cover every product and service sold by Kali Jaye LLC ("I," "me"), including everything offered under the Unhexed name. By buying, you agree to these terms, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy. You must be 18 or older to buy.

What you get

When you buy a digital product, you get lifetime access to it for as long as I offer it, including every future update to that product at no extra cost. Prices may go up as products grow, and that never changes what you already paid.If I move a product to a new platform, I'll move your access with it. If I ever stop offering a product, I'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email so you can download what you need.

How you can use it

What you buy is for your own personal use. Use what you learn anywhere you like: at work, at home, in the next hard conversation.Please don't share, resell, repost, or upload the files, videos or audio, and don't use them to build your own course or train AI tools. If you want copies for a team or company, email me and we'll work out a license.All content is owned by Kali Jaye LLC and protected by copyright.

Education, not therapy or advice

My products and services teach communication skills. They aren't therapy, counseling, or medical, legal or financial advice, and buying them doesn't create a counselor-client relationship. If you're in crisis, contact local emergency services, or call or text 988 in the US.
Results depend on you and your situation, so I can't promise specific outcomes. You decide how to use what you learn, and you're responsible for those choices.

I may also share information if the law requires it, or with a buyer if my business is ever sold.
These services may store information in the United States, the United Kingdom, or other countries.

Services

For consulting, voice-note sessions, workshops and speaking, the scope, timing and any extra terms are set when you book. If a booking has its own written agreement, that agreement controls where it differs from these terms.

Payments

Payments are processed by Payhip and its payment partners. Prices are in US dollars, and taxes may be added at checkout.

Other people's tools

Some content is delivered through outside services such as YouTube. Their terms apply to your use of them, and I'm not responsible for their outages or changes.

Ending access

If you break these terms, for example by sharing or reselling a product, I can end your access without a refund.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, my total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the product or service involved, and I'm not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Disagreements

If something goes wrong, email me first and I'll try to sort it out. These terms are governed by California law, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in California.

Changes

I may update these terms. The version posted when you buy applies to that purchase.
